Welcome, to Whispering Palms Private Pool Home!



Once you walk into this home you are greeted with an indoor Atrium that can be seen from every room. The living room is spacious and has a large sectional sofa that is perfect for watching your favorite programming on the large screen TV.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with master shower, jets, and steam room. Plus a large walk-in closet, a lighted makeup table, and plenty of space to unpack. The second bedroom has a King bed with a large TV in the room as well as a desk.  The final bedroom is a bunk bed style with three twin mattresses.   The top bunk should only be used by a small child and the other two could be used by adults or other children.  There is a large open kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home.  It has a large dining room table and seating at the breakfast bar.



The large fenced-in grassy backyard is the highlight of this comfortable home with a private outdoor pool.  The pool area has two covered seating areas, a covered gazebo, and a gas grill for having that weekend BBQ! Pool heat may be added (Nov-April) for a fee of $35/day.

This home is located just 9 miles (22minute drive) from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 6 minutes away (2.9 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 13 minutes (6.1 miles).

There is a Publix grocery store at Bayshore Gardens that is 5 minutes away (1.8 miles) and a Walmart Neighborhood Market that is just 8 minutes away (3.8miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks, and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 30-minute drive (13.3 miles) or Lido Key Beach is 20 minutes (9 miles). Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Key Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices.



There are many great restaurants within a short car ride such as the Sunnyside Café which among other things has the best lobster roll sandwich in town!! Downtown Sarasota is a short 13-minute drive and abounds with restaurants, rooftop bars, and shopping.  Tarpon Bay Grill in the Ramada Inn, just north of US41 is a fun place to sit and have a beverage on the Marina.  Other restaurant selections are Mirna's Cuban,  Mama G's Coffee shop for German baked goods, and Primo's Italian restaurant all within a 3-mile radius of the home.
