The living room boasts two large couches, with an adjoining day chair and two custom-made end tables that are pieces of art themselves! The extended screened-in patio boasts expansive views of the 17th hole of the Palm Air Golf Course. There is outdoor seating to accommodate up to four, and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee!

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, with plenty of space for you to unwind after a day at the beach or golfing. Attached is the master bathroom, which boasts an updated vanity with a large walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and plenty of space for your personal belongings. Down the hall, you will find the main bathroom that boasts a large shower/tub combo.
