"The room is run-down and dirty; it needs maintenance. The description says laundry is included, but in reality, you have to pay for it. I requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room that smelled bad. I will definitely not return to this place."

"Anthony at check-in was awesome. He went above and beyond for us!"

"Breakfast menu was very limited"

"I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!"
