Such a nice, homey feel--from spacious bedrooms, glass door knobs, lovey wooden and glass front door, an airy side porch with a view of the gorgeous, gigantic tree out front. Even our small grandchildren were excited to stay here--the 4 yr old wanted to make sure we were coming back after our day's outing to spend another night! And Melissa was very kind and helpful answering all my questions!"

"Unique experience which I enjoyed. It's glamping at its finest. The raging river is just spectacular and very relaxing. Secluded down in the gorge. I loved it. Owner is great with communication even if there were six hours difference between us because she also was on a trip, but made sure to stay up to make sure I got there, and everything was good. "The house was beautiful. Very clean. Its an old home and really offered the comfortablè, family feel I was looking for. The mountain views along the main highway are amazing. I will say this; if you're into haunted houses this place definitely offers the spooky. We experienced several things that gave us the creeps, that to us, was very cool. Overall, the stay was 100%. "The property is great and so cute! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It is a hike to get up there and the road is small, so make sure you are in a car good for that. We loved it and plan to stay there again."

"This unit was our base for a couple of days of hiking in the area. Very relaxing after miles on trails and had what we required but I would say the kitchen could use a bit more supplies (especially if your stay is more than 2 days) I would stay here again."
