"It is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel ."

"Nuestros amigos se sorprendieron al ver las fotos de la habitación y el precio. Tuvimos dudas al reservarlo por los comentarios anteriores indicando que la ubicación no es buena y que es un barrio rojo. Es cierto, está a 4 paradas de metro, más 15 minutos andando de la estación de Kyoto (además nos tocó volver una noche lloviendo). Pero este tipo de "love hotels" para adultos están todos en las afueras. ¿Barrio rojo? Ojalá mi barrio fuese la mitad de seguro que este barrio rojo. Es una zona...

"Wonderful clean, spacious and beautiful apartment! Staff all very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for Shinkansen and Toji temple was a must visit. Busy road but not a problem and didn’t stop us sleeping very well. Would recommend!! (Apologies to staff that the umbrella was not returned to holder, it was taken when we left it outside a shop and I forgot to get a replacement) "
