"We had an amazing stay and were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable hospitality throughout the property. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team were exceptionally considerate and left sweet little notes in our room that made us feel so welcome. Having turndown service available was another lovely touch that we genuinely appreciated. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and featured a sleek, modern design. Our only issue was an intermittent, strong odor coming from the toilet. A strong odor arose from the smart toilet whenever the sensor activated the initial bowl-wetting rinse. Beyond the room, the amenities made the trip memorable. The onsen was wonderfully relaxing, and the bird trail was fantastic—it provided a peaceful way to immerse ourselves in nature without leaving the property. Despite the minor plumbing hiccup, the warm service and tranquil setting made this a wonderful getaway. We would happily return!"

"Staying here was the best decision because we were surrounded by nature and the vibe of the hotel is very calm and peaceful. The breakfast was 10/10!! If you are into trail running and hiking, there is a very beautiful 10k trail up the mountain very near the hotel (about 5 minutes away walking). This hotel is definitely one of my highlights from Japan."
