The residence is designed for guests seeking calm and privacy, and therefore does not permit parties or events. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Children over 13 years old are welcome, however cots and extra beds are not provided.



A refundable damage deposit may be requested according to the property’s policy, and guests may be charged up to €300 after check-out should any damage occur. Any additional services such as private transfers, in-villa dining, curated excursions, or housekeeping enhancements can be arranged upon request in advance of arrival, subject to availability and supplementary charges.
