    Relax under the sunny blue sky and leave your worries back home..

    Our apartment is 300 metres away from the most famous and popular beach of the island,where you can find lots of beach bars,restaurants and shops.
    The house is ideal for couples,friends or families because it has full kitchen facilities with a big oven, mivrowave, fridge and other electrical devices.
    The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a very big family closet.The room is very bright as it has 2 windows with view to Emporio village and the yard.
    The living room has a sofa than you can chill or can be used as a bed for a third person.
    The big yard is perfect for relaxation and quality time with your company.
    For those who use a car there is free parking space.The closest bus stop is 300 metres away.

    I will be there to welcome you and whenever you need something.

    The house is very close to Perivolos beach with the famous beach bars and restaurants,but is also ideal for relaxation as it is very quiet

Had a great stay!

George is probably the best host we’ve encountered. Responsive and helpful in every way. The unit is really like everyone says. Cute and we loved the location. Close to beach and restaurants but peaceful. The housekeeping kept everything fresh and we highly recommend.

George is a great host who did all possible to assist us. However the taxi was not there to pick up my friend from the airport so she had to sort it herself.The place is clean and comfortable. The blinds are broken in the bedroom but I guess that keeps it cooler.The air in was amazing and very efficient. We put it on for a little while in the evening and that was fine for me all night!It is very easy to walk to the shop for goodies and to the beach. The bus stop is near by too. The beach and the tavernas are excellent! We had a great holiday! Thank you George!

Nice appartment

The appartment was fine and well equiped. The bed was a little bit to hard for us. Nice surrounding, quiet place, nearby the beach and everything we needed nearby. Our contact with the owner, Georgios, was always good and prompt. We very much enjoyed our stay on Santorini and the appartment was a nice place to return to every day, away from the crowds in the touristic areas of the island.

Another form of paradise.

The accommodation was perfect for two. On the ground floor there is a patio, sitting area with TV, dining area, kitchen, bath, and bedroom with large storage cabinet. The internet was powerful and never had a problem. The host provided pastries and coffee upon our arrival until we could go to the market and shop. We had access to housecleaning if needed and close to restaurants and shopping. Our weather was clear and partly sunny but on several days the wind blew over 20mph, so it was hard to get out and tour. The official season had not begun so some of the restaurants were not set up for business. We found Afros to be the best with a variety of selections and great service. Sklavenitis is the best grocery store and has a suitable selection of produce and staples. The only problem we had was the door could not be opened from the outside without a key. We managed to lock ourselves out the 2nd day. George was on the spot to help. Thanks

Agréable séjour.

Belle maison située à 300m de la plage de sable noir, des restaurants, des arrêts de bus, des loueurs de quad et d’une petite supérette. Dès notre arrivée, Georgis nous a montré un peu la localité et nous a renseigné quelques bons restaurants, dont nous avions profité. Georgios est une personne très serviable, dévouée et nous a conduit le lendemain de notre arrivée pour faire nos grosses courses ( eaux,limonade,pain,café,bière….) A recommander.

Très agréable appartement à Santorin, à l'écart de la cohue touristique.

Appartement bien équipé et agréable, proche d'une très grande plage de sable noir. Petit bémol : la route qui passe à proximité de l'appartement est un peu bruyante car il y a pas mal de trafic (l'appartement est néanmoins un peu à l'écart de la route, ça n'est donc pas trop dérangeant)

Magnifique séjour chez Georgios

Nous avons passé en couple un très agréable semaine à Santorin. L’appartement est très confortable pour 2 adultes et un couchage supplémentaire est prévu Mention spéciale pour Georgios qui est un hôte très attentionné. Besoin d’un transfert, d’une location de scooter…Georgios s’en occupe et vous fait profiter de son réseau local au meilleur prix Enfin la possibilité de bénéficier de la piscine de l’hotel familial tout proche est un vrai plus, tout comme le restaurant de l’hotel et ses spécialités locales cuisinées par sa tante. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Un angolo di tranquillità

Casa molto carina e ben dotata di ogni confort. Il padrone dell’abitazione è una persona gentilissima e veramente molto disponibile. Sicuramente lo raccomando. Uniche due note che si possono migliorare sono la doccia che si è obbligati a tenere in mano la doccetta per potersi lavare ed alcuni piccoli accorgimenti sulla pulizia della cucina e dell’armadio in camera da letto. Per il resto tutto eccellente e consigliato. Comunque io lo raccomando anche per l’ottima posizione in cui si trova. Per nulla rumorosa ed a pochi passi da una delle spiagge più belle ed attrezzate dell’isola. Per me il voto è 9 nel complesso.

Séjour très agréable

Georgios est très accueillant ! Il peut mettre en place le transfert depuis le port, très pratique. Il répond rapidement quand on a une question, sur le logement ou sur les visites à faire à Santorin. Le logement est spacieux, conforme à l’annonce. On peut même accéder à la piscine de l’hôtel attenant, tenu par sa tante. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, les restaurants y sont sympas et abordables. Des vacances reposantes !

Great holiday

We had a great nine days at the apartment. Everything exactly as described and the maid came every morning to tidy up (we didn’t need it some days, but the offer was still there!). The beach, bus stop (buses to Fira about every half hour), shop and a few bars/restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk, but there are many more bars/restaurants all along the beach front if you want to explore a bit further. The patio is brilliant and we actually cooked and ate in on a couple of nights - a first for us on holidays abroad! There is also a pool which you can use at the apartments next door, although with the beach so close we didn’t feel the need to. All in all, highly recommended!

Agréable maisonnette!

Location à ne pas louper. L emplacement est idéalement situé pour aller à la plage et autres, à pied, ce qui est appréciable. Le logement est très bien conçu, avec beaucoup d espace, et surtout une immense terrasse couverte!! Georgios, le propriétaire est vraiment très cool

Super hôte, bien situé mais petit bémol...

Pour commencer, GEORGE EST UNE PERLE! Notre arrivée fut retardée mais George a assuré notre transport ainsi que notre petit déjeuner du lendemain. L’appartement fait partie d’un petit complexe familial qui inclut un restaurant où Julia (la tante de George) nous fait de la bonne cuisine grecque dont la meilleure moussaka à date. Une femme de ménage vient tous les jours..., même si vous lui dites que ce n’est pas nécessaire. Le tout est situé pas très loin de la plage et à environ la même distance d’un mini market où se trouve aussi l’arrêt d’autobus pour Firá (Thíra), environ 10 minutes à pied. Le bémol dans tout ça? La cuisine n’a que la base et encore...! Ex.: une planche à découper de la grandeur de ma main, pas de savon à vaisselle, et un micro-onde qui fait sauter tous les plombs (breakers) quand on le branche...

Great location! Georgios and Rita were so kind and helpful.

We were so pleased with our stay! The house was clean, and was straightened up every day. We were kindly provided some food, bottled water and juice for our arrivial. It was spacious for our little family, on one level, with a wonderful patio. The location was perfect for us. Quiet and just a little bit away from the beach strip, but a very easy, short walk to get there. Georgios helped us with a car rental which made getting around the island so easy, especially when visiting outside of high season when buses do not run all the time. We were happy we chose to stay for a week, it gave us time to explore the island well. We cannot express how lovely these people are enough. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay.

Nouvelle location prometteuse

Récemment inscrit sur Abritel (HomeAway), l'appartement est situé à l'écart des lieux touristiques sur-développés de Santorin, dans un hameau calme à environ 200 mètres de la grande plage de sable noir de Perevolos. La maison est très propre et offre une jolie terrasse fort utile. Georgios et sa femme Jenny sont très accueillants et soucieux de notre confort. Ce que ne dit pas Georgios dans sa pub, c'est qu'on a accès à une lessiveuse et qu'une femme de ménage vient ranger l'appartement tous les jours: c'est un "plus" imprévu! De plus, sa tante Julia, propriétaire de l'hôtel adjacent, offre l'accès à la piscine, et on peut aussi bien y manger à petit prix: moins de 30 euros pour deux, vin inclus. Par ailleurs, sur la plage, on retrouve plusieurs bons restaurants à bons prix aussi. Excellente semaine! P.S.: Certains petits équipements manquent, mais Georgios s'est montré réceptif à nos conseils et entend y pallier pour l'avenir.

A great place in a peaceful area of Santorini, away from the madness that is the rest of the island!

A very comfortable apartment overall. Very clean and quite well equipped. Good wifi. Has a great covered patio area with a large table. We had all our meals out there. Daily cleaning was a bonus! Not right on the beach but it's just a short walk away. We were there mid-October and found some of the local businesses were starting to shut down for the winter so a car would be helpful if you don't go in the main season. It was nice to visit Fira and Oia but was wonderful to get back to the peacefulness of Perivolos! Giorgio was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Appartement sympa et agréable

Bonne localisation en retrait de la plage de Perissa, assez calme. Proche des sites d'intérêt, permettant de découvrir l'île facilement. Bel aménagement, terrasse agréable, cuisine spacieuse mais ustensiles et vaisselle à renforcer car un peu juste. Ménage et lits faits quotidiennement. Propriétaire sympa, disponible et réactif pour répondre aux questions et petits pb.
