The home you stay in should delight your senses. that’s why we ensured this polished condo located on the fourth floor is excellent for singles, couples, business travelers or remote workers exploring exciting Santo Domingo!

-We are located just 15 minutes from Las Américas airport, 20 minutes to Boca Chica beach, 30 minutes to Juan Dolio beach and just 15 minutes from other attractions like tres ojos, zona colonial and so much more. Additionally, grocery stores, money exchange, hospital, pharmacy are within walking distance of your stay.

-The Sunrise Condo features two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A bright open kitchen/dining room combo opens to a casual entertainment area perfect for watching your favorite shows/movie/ games/ yoga (mat provided), a mixed-group socializing spot that features large sliding glass doors leading to relaxation on the balcony- a photo worthy spot perfect to sip on an evening cocktail!

***please note there is a 3rd locked bedroom not accessible to guests as it is owner's closet.***

-Each bedroom is fashionably themed and is equipped window AC and premium linens and robes; with master bedroom boosting a Roku smart TV. All bathrooms offer complimentary ready-to-use toiletries, hair dryer, bath/hand/washcloth/hair/make-up towels.

-Enjoy our chic living room that features a dedicated workspace with a small desk printer coming soon! (paper included) for those on business trips or remote work. Roku Smart TV available to stream your favorite music and movies, with amazing throw blankets to cozy up in. Also, games (Uno, dominos, stacks, chess and regular playing cards) are available for your enjoyment on those rainy nights. This is not your average D.R. Airbnb!

-The kitchen is fully stocked with everyday cooking essentials, a Keurig machine- starter coffee and tea await you!

Sunrise Stays is situated in a quiet residential area please remember to be mindful and respectful of your neighbors while having fun. With the many attractions in Santo Domingo, you’ll have plenty of options for venturing out.

Guests have private access to 2 of the 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom locked-owner's closet), free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee/tea! free one car parking.

-There are cameras on-site! They are located above the condo’s front door entrance. Cameras will be active with video and audio recording during the entirety of your stay!
-Please remember this is a residential area therefore, no loud noises after 9pm weekdays and 12am weekends

-Please don’t forget to check out our guidebook and house manual, they are filled with a wealth of information to make your stay a smooth and memorable one.

-The complex is gated and features 24/7 security

Neighborhood description:
We are located a charming neighborhood. Please note Ciudad Juan Bosch is an up-and-coming town. The Ole supermarket which features a money exchange, bank and pharmacy is within walking distance and is located across from the hospital. The Marquesa town center boosts many shops, restaurants and fast food as well as a laundromat, cedula office and spa. across from it is a building to purchase a bus/metro pass. We also have Indrive, uber and UberEats!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting or bringing a car. One (1) dedicated parking space is reserved for the unit. There is public bus transportation (OMSA) which has stops right outside the complex. Cost 15 pesos per ride to which you can transfer downtown and hop on the train which is 20 pesos per ride! You can also use taxis or Uber or Indrive to get around.

Additional Rules:
**In-house smoking strictly PROHIBITED. This is strictly enforced! Smoking allowed ONLY on balcony with door CLOSED. Please use ash tray provided. This is for your safety and that of the property.

No illegal substances of any kind.

-We are not responsible for 3rd party services like internet water and electricity being turned off due to natural disasters and or maintenance being conducted by service provider, and we do not provide refunds for lack of service resulting from previously stated.

-There is $50.00 charge for missing/lost keys. So please ensure thy are left on dinning table.

** Vrbo has a strict policy about parties/events, if we allow them, we will be removed from the platform, therefore they are not allowed! If parties/events take place on the premises your stay will be cancelled without refund.

**Cleaning fee is what the cleaning crew charges so we can’t discount it; We apologize.

***unfortunately, Animals/pets are not permitted due to severe owner allergies. Owner has severe allergies and asthma.

INSPECT YOUR UNIT--
-REPORT YOUR CONCERNS: If you have any concerns with your unit upon check-in, please let us know ASAP (within 24 hours) via the cell number provided or app messaging. We reserve the ‘right to enter’ the unit to correct or repair any highlighted issues after you contact us. Unreported concerns or concerns that were corrected in a timely manner will not be considered for full or partial refund after your stay is completed. It is also important that you let us know immediately of any issues or you may be held responsible (we would hate to see that happen).

-If you have any concerns or questions during your stay, please text the cell phone (number will be provided in private message) or message via app.

- Absolutely NO overnight visitors permitted. Your visitor(s) MUST vacate the property by 10pm

-please no loud noises after 10pm during the weekday and 12am during the weekend
