Or dine outside on the huge fully-covered second floor deck, with water views, and two polywood dining tables with seating for eight and more. A gas fireplace provides plenty of warmth when a chill is in the air. There are lots of toys and books for the kids (and young at heart).

The first floor has a living room with HDTV. One king bedroom with shared bath and access to the pool. 2nd queen bedroom has a shared full bathroom. 3rd bedroom as one queen bed and a twin over full bunk-bed with a private bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and luxury linens. One bathroom is fully accessible with hand rails for those with mobility challenges.
Out the back door is a cozy covered porch, connecting to the pool area, with a high-end gas grill, table for dining and lots of space to relax with your favorite beverage as you watch the kids in the pool. Or, enjoy the outdoor shower with hot/cold water and jump into the heated pool yourself, one of the largest in Sunrise Beach. The pool is fully lighted for evening swims (pool heating at modest additional fee) and the pool deck is landscaped with three lounge chairs, providing a great alternative to the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is just steps away. We provide a set up of 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas at the beach, there are 4 extra beach chairs to carry down, and plenty of beach toys.
