Tanto el dormitorio principal como la sala de estar se abren directamente al balcón con una vista espectacular de las brillantes aguas turquesas. Disfrute de las hermosas aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México con su vista desde el balcón del tercer piso. La soledad de las amplias y prístinas playas de arena blanca junto con espectaculares vistas de las aguas azules del Golfo de México. Este condominio excepcional duerme cómodamente seis con una cama king-size en una habitación, un cómodo sofá cama plegable en la sala de estar y un dormitorio / litera de dos habitaciones con dos literas. Dos baños completos decorados con buen gusto, lavadora y secadora, y una cocina bien equipada con encimeras de granito exquisito se suman a la comodidad de su hogar lejos del hogar.

Our favorite place

This is our 4th time staying here. We love the location and the beach is Perfect! Close enough to walk to some restaurants and shops and not a far drive if you choose to go outside of the vicinity. Close to Publix and Walmart.

Very nice

The unit was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. The only issue was the property maintenance men power washing the building for three days. A minor irritation, just wish it was some other week. All in all, it was very pleasant, and we’ll likely book again next year.

Great location!

This is our third time staying at San Remo, first time in this unit. We knew we would love staying at this location because of the proximity to the beach and access to the heated pool. Everything in the unit is as advertised. They did just update the tvs to have internet access and the ability to log onto your streaming services so that was a bonus. There is definitely room for improvement and could use a refresh, but the rate was cheaper than some of the more updated unit so we got what we paid for and knew that going in.

This property has potential. Guest bathroom needs a shower curtain liner. The patio needs painted or scrubbed. Black mold developing. Brighter ceiling light needed in bedroom Lots of bed pillows but no pillow cases Also bath towels dirty looking. I washed and bleached whatever we used.

Fall break

We 've stayed at San Remo before but this was 1st time in this unit. Overall , this unit had everything that we needed, and the included beach chairs were a great plus. The furnishings showed some wear , but nothing that bothered us. San Remo still one of the best options on the 30a. Great trip!

Very nice view and property.

The only thing we would suggest is to put a full handle on the patio glass door. The small finger hold area is difficult for seniors. Overall.. a really nice place.

Fantastic Location for small family

Loved this rental! The beach access and included chairs are a win. Beach area was never overcrowded. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Nice big balcony & view of the water. Our 7 yr old loved the bunk beds and the master closet was perfect for a pac n play.

We love it!

We love this location! Great pool! Great beach access! Reasonably priced compactor area accommodations. Not a busy area of the beach but close to everything you could want. We will always stay here when coming to the Gulf/30A area.

My family of four stayed for one week. I have two boys (11 & 9) and they slept comfortably in the bunk beds. The location can’t be beat - near shopping and food and the beach is right out your huge balcony. It’s just a quick stroll down the boardwalk and you’re there at your private beach. The complex was very secure and overall quiet from a people perspective so very relaxing. As others mentioned the only downfall was the loud construction that began at 8 am or earlier which made it hard to sleep in at all. The signs said this is supposed to be done by March 31 so this shouldn’t be a problem for long. Some updating could be done and a few more dishes would be nice but My wife is already planning a trip back she loved it so much. Great property!

Like the location, but…

We have stayed in several units in San Remo over the years. As with others, this unit was dated and showed wear and tear with the furniture and kitchen. While we expected this, we did not expect high noise levels during the day because of chiseling the surface of the walkways to the condo units. You could not have a normal conversation in your own unit or at the pool during the daytime hours. We would have appreciated the owner/management company letting us know to expect this. Other renters were notified ahead of their arrival by their owners/mgmt. companies.

Relaxation

We always have a wonderful time when we stay at San Remo. The unit and facilities are always clean well maintained. The view of the gulf is amazing and just a short walk to put your toes in the sand. The large pool offers a refreshing alternative to the beach. So many tasty restaurants nearby. We will be planning another vacation here for next year!

Wonderful property

Great property with easy access to pool and beach. Balcony and view is fantastic, could use an update on patio furniture to enjoy more time outside but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Location is superb.

Great location and beautiful beach!

San Remo offers an excellent location close to amazing restaurants and shops! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The condo was just the right size for two adults and two small kids. Note that the bunk room is open to the hallway, but the kids slept fine.

Property Manager Cancelled Stay after it was NOT cleaned

We arrived from 16 hour drive with kids. Opened door right at check in time (4PM) to find the place had not been cleaned. Sheets were all off by the laundry, kitchen a mess and it was clear no cleaning had been done at all. Called the property manager who called cleaning service and they called to let me know they were not in the area but couldn't be there for 30-40 minutes (which an hour later they still had not been there). I called property manager back to ask if there is anything he could do for the inconvenience. While friends were listening to the phone call he said maybe he would remove the cleaning fee and I asked what that was and there was no response. After 30 seconds of silence I simply asked "did I lose you" (in case I dropped the phone) and he was not happy I asked and then said I could be there in 30 minutes to change the phone and cancel your reservation and thats exactly what he did. He cancelled our week long reservation. Luckily for us, we were able to stay with friends and made it work with pull out couch and beds. If I were the property owner I would highly consider firing the property manager for his handling of this situation and losing a whole week's worth of stay at a high spring break travel time.

Great Location

San Remo is in a great location in Blue Mountain. Easy access to everything. The condo was clean and our one-bedroom unit (with an extra bunk room) was roomy for our family of six. The grounds were very well maintained, the pool is very large and the condo is very close to the beach. Great stay, would come again.

Good condo

This is a nice clean condo. Enjoyed our stay. Manager was super nice and replied quickly to us. The pool and grounds are well maintained by San Remo. And the location in 30a is great. We highly recommend Pecan Jacks Ice cream just a short walk or ride from condo.

Definitely would stay again

We were very happy with the unit and would come again. The twin bunks are located by the front door. As they say in the description, it is not a closed off room but since it is not right off the living room it was not a problem for our children (12 and 14) to go to bed before we were ready to. We went here during Coronavirus time. With the full kitchen we were able to easily prepare meals in the kitchen and eat in. We also enjoyed being able to wash our towels and bathing suits every night in the laundry machines. There are both a Walmart and a Publix nearby for shopping needs. Porch seemed bigger than pictured. We enjoyed sitting out in the morning or evening and watching & listening to the waves and the pool. The pool was a major benefit. We came in right after a tropical storm blew through Louisiana. This meant that we had a fair amount of rain at the beginning, and many double-red-flag days on the beach. We enjoyed hanging out on the beach, but definitely liked being able to come in and swim in the pool. Did not seem over-crowded. Could have used a few more umbrellas at the pool. Definitely call ahead and get your beach chairs/umbrella set up through the service provided. They always gave us a front-row seat, which we much appreciated. It was easy to arrange, and is a good benefit of renting here as they do have a daily price. One day we paid for an extra set up so our daughters could have their own chairs and umbrella as well. Very clean condo as a whole as well. There was a lady there every morning cleaning and checking the pool chemicals. The beach area was not crowded. A half-mile down the road was the public-access parking lot/beach access, and it was much more crowded there. We liked the quiet area near us and got to know the people in the chairs next to us well -- all other visitors to the condo. The only annoyance we had was that the TV in the master bedroom did not seem to have good service. It paused continuously. TV and service in living room were fine. Internet also seemed fine -- was able to work some as needed. As stated, would come again.
