This stunning gem combines breathtaking panoramic views with a convenient location in the heart of the historic East Side of Santa Fe.

This home is two stories with the living space on the top level and bedrooms on the bottom level.

A truly unique and captivating home showcasing the best of what Santa Fe has to offer. The living area is the centerpiece of the home. While relaxing around the fireplace, you are engulfed in a picturesque view of Santa Fe’s landscape that pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room extends outdoors into an expansive and beautifully finished deck, which provides even more immersive views, and plenty of opportunity for memorable activities with friends and family.

The primary suite features solid wood floors, a romantic kiva fireplace, an en-suite bathroom finished with Moroccan tiles (repeated in both bathrooms), and a custom-built vanity. Two of the bedrooms feature mountain views that ensure you will start and end your day taking in Santa Fe’s natural beauty. The guest bedroom boasts a charming gas stove for heat and ambiance. The den serves as a TV room, which is perfect for enjoying without distraction. To top it all off, the entire home is decorated with tastefully selected art. The home is a quick drive to all of Santa Fe, but you can also leave your car in the garage or the large driveway and explore Santa Fe’s historic East Side on foot. This combination of features, views, and location is a true rarity, and the perfect setting for an unforgettable Santa Fe experience.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The views were excellent as was the location. It was a short drive to various tourist spots as well as hiking trailheads.

We liked the property. However, I left some cash, accidentally in one of the drawers. I called Molly, the manager, and she said the cleaning crew didn't find any money. That was a lie. She chose to believe her crew instead of t.he people that had just paid her thousands of dollars. She's a fool. She also left us out in the cold the first night there. We stayed at a different house the first night.. it was disappointing to say the least. Will not be back

VRBO ReviewWe recently stayed at this house off Gonzalez Road in Santa Fe and had a great experience. The house itself is lovely, well-maintained, and of good quality. It’s in an excellent location—close to both skiing and downtown, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.While the house was comfortable, we did notice that the kitchen didn’t offer as many amenities as other rentals we’ve stayed at. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might want to bring some of your own essentials.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. It’s a beautiful property with easy access to Santa Fe’s attractions.

Beautiful property and close to town but not in the hustle and bustle. Nice views. The house had everything we needed. The only drawback were the beds were not very comfortable. A memory foam topper would have been nice. Also no ice and no ice cube trays to make your own. This is why only 4 stars.

They need to move the TV to a more central location in the den. They need to get a disposal. They need to get a real wine opener. For the price we paid they should invest in a 10.00 opener instead of that cheap .70 cent one. They need power outlets on both side of the master bed.

Love the location. Property was as it looked in photos. Great view and sunsets. Rooftop deck was a terrific place to hang out. Convenient to town. Suggest brighter lighting, especially in the kitchen.

The mountain range views are exceptional. We ate breakfast and dinner in every day. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, we could not get the ice maker to work. Location is perfect for downtown Santa Fe and the Plaza as well as catching the Santa Fe Trail to the Pecos National Historical Park. Great house.

First thing people said when entering the house was “Wow look at the view!” Such a great house to gather a large family group or just a couple. Location was great, close to the Plaza and great restaurants. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Can’t go wrong staying here we would definitely return if possible.

We decided that this was the best place It had the best location for all things in and around Santa Fe and had the most incredible view. The house felt warm and cozy without feeling too lived in. We loved it!

This was a last minute find for us and it didn’t disappoint. The view is incredible and in such a great location with plenty of space. Highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Topaz Mountain was lovely. Quite well equipped w/very nice linens and kitchen equipment. Easy access to everything altho not w/in walking distance to The Plaza. Beautiful views and sunsets. Opportunities to walk around the neighborhood. We loved our time there.

We could not have found a better place for our vacation to Santa Fe. The rooftop view was absolutely incredible for watching the sunset each night. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Location was within 10-15 minutes of all of our activities, and only 5-10 minutes to the downtown area. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We had never been to Santa Fe before. At first, we thought we wanted to stay near the Plaza, but we were so happy we chose to stay here. Every single night, we were able to watch the sunset over the mountains - an incredible view. It had a great deck to sit on. It was only a short drive to the plaza and anything else in Santa Fe. The bedrooms and a TV room were downstairs. Everything else was upstairs. The pictures represented everything well. I'd stay again!
