"Marta's property was aboslutely perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. We have been coming to SF for years, but with our growing family we needed to find a new place to stay and this was absolutely the perfect location. It's tucked away enough that it's very quiet, but it's close enough to walk to the Plaza, Canyon Rd, the Farmer's Market and more! The house was spacious and so clean. My kids were absolutely delighted to find a closet full of toys (even scooters!) in their room and it kept them...

"This property was exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Santa Fe. Such a unique house, amazing views, and so close to downtown while still feeling so removed from everything. David was a perfect host and we had a great stay."

"Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency."

"The property was adequate. It is a casita so,it is small. It has all the necessaries for a short stay and the location is fine. It was built in the 1930's. So, expect unlevel floors and small bathrooms. The manager was excellent in her communications with us."

"Manager notified us early on of a plumbing issue that required moving us to another property Casa Encantador. Spectacular architecture, immaculate in cleanliness and all the comforts of a home. Highly recommend any of their properties."

"This house was perfect for our family to adventure out of for our first visit to Santa Fe. It's location is great as you can just walk in quickly (10-15 mins max) and be right in the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, the Railway area, or Canyon road galleries. Walking all the side neighborhoods is the whole fun of exploring that area...so much to see and also sooo much good food everywhere (there is a nice market and food truck pod with yummy donuts and such on street over!) The house is on a busy street...

"Great house, but road noise decreased our enjoyment of the patio. Note: We were given the access code for the key box. However, we didn't have access code for the gate into the driveway. We had to call the office for that code. In future, guests should get BOTH codes."

"Property is as described. Nice private enclosed outdoor patio, very clean, good shower pressure, excellent kitchen (although we didn’t cook). Nice touch of a Brita water filter container in frig and ice tray in the freezer. Comfortable living room and bedrooms have just what is needed. Queen bed is very firm- which was fine for my husband but a bit rough for me. Parking is tricky as they tell you, especially since the house across the street parks a car on the street in front so be prepared for...

"We booked this house for a birthday bash with my siblings. It was perfect. The yard is nice and big, the living room is super comfortable and cozy with the fireplace. The location was great. It was only 10-15min to get to all the activities we wanted to do; hiking, the plaza, meowwolf, etc."
