"We came for a 16 year old birthday celebration and had kids, teens and adults in the house. The house was perfect for our 8 people (we didn't use the additional pull-out couch). Lots of stairs but the house has a built in child gate. House was clean and had everything extra you could need. Lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and games for the kids. Teens took the room upstairs with full bed and single bed. Kids and adults downstairs. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash...

"The rental was just what we wanted with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for me, my wife and her sister. Clean and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. Great location with easy walks to the beach, the boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz. Reasonable price per night. Thanks!"

"I stayed with my dog for a month while I was searching for a home to purchase in the area. The location is very quiet and only a few blocks from Bethany Curve Walkway which takes you through the neighborhood directly down to the West Cliff Drive paved walking path and phenomenal ocean views. I was able to park in the driveway and felt very safe. UCSC is less than 15 minutes away by car. My daughter was able to ride the bus and walk a few blocks to visit. "

"This condo fit my family quite well. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra towels and sheets. I was worried about being on the other side of Murray. But it was basically a straight shot to Seabright Beach. It was about an 8 min walk to the boardwalk. Perfect location. We were really pleased. I would stay again."

"I really enjoyed staying here. Place was perfect for a short nomad / remote-work stay with a good desk setup and strong wifi. The location is great too - a short walk to the beach or an easy bike ride to the boardwalk or down to pleasure point. Only downside perhaps is the walls are a bit thin and you can really hear your neighbors upstairs."
