"It was absolutely perfect! We were excited to discover every room was tastefully decorated for Christmas, including a full size tree in the living room. It's such a cozy, inviting space already so the added warmth of the holiday decor and twinkly lights just knocked it out of the park. It was supposed to be a one-time stay but we're already discussing turning it into an annual trip because it was such a romantic and relaxing experience. "Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times.
