"We loved our overnight stay at this property in Capitola the terraced area was fantastic where we watched the most amazing sunset. We also got to see our first hummingbird whilst sitting on the terrace which was just magical. We visited Shadowbrook for dinner and UCSC Arboretum and Botannical gardens which were superb!"

"She was so amazing! We were there for a race of mine and had forgotten some things and she was so quick to offer help. It was so sweet and helped reduce my stress so I could focus on the race. Perfect location and space. So cute and comfy bed, which was much needed! I could go on but I think I’ve made my point. If I come back to do this race again, I will definitely want to stay here."

"This was our second time staying. Everything is perfect on site and as described in the listing. Comfortable, well appointed, clean, and great location. The fact that it was pet friendly made all the difference this trip, as we had to travel with our pooch. It's not often that I rave about places or recommend them to friends, as I'm super picky. But this place is worth the money. :)"

"Thank you again Josh for your hospitality. We spent 5 memorable days at your Santa Cruz home. The amenities were excellent including towels, beds, and beach equipment. Every morning and evening walks to the beach we'll miss the most. BBQ and kitchen are top notch as we had all our meals there. Definitely a 10-star experience and we hope to return some day. Cordial neighbors too."

"This was a great place for our family of 4 to stay during a road trip. Lovely quiet location, right next to the coast. "Nicely updated and decently stocked rental. Amazing views of the beach and literally just steps from the beach. The deck is optimized for the beautiful views with adirondack chairs, a table with umbrella and recliners.The cottage is clean and with 2 parking spots in the alley behind. Only nit are the beds are older and could use updating, but everything else about the rental was great. The host was also very communicative and responsive when we had some questions or issues."

"I brought my son from Florida to visit my daughter who lives in Santa Rosa, The home was the perfect setting for the three of us. It had everything we needed. "Three blocks from the Twin Lakes Beach, less than a mile from The Boardwalk and Seabright Beach ... all really walkable. Hidden away at the end of a short dead end street. Far enough from the Main street to be quiet but also close enough to hop onto with ease. Very pet friendly, especially with the enclosed front yard. Very nice place to stay."

"Going into the gates takes your breathe away with the gardens and pathways and home and cottages. My 96 year old mother and I stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding at another location. (But this is the Perfect wedding venue!). My mother said the whole stay was perfect and she would recommend this location to everyone. "This place is pretty nice and cute, and has a great location. It's a bit tight on space, but we knew that going in. My main complaint is that the fold-out couch in the living room is very fragile. It has instructions about how to pull it out gently, etc., which we followed; but no matter how careful we were, the fold-out part always collapsed after a few minutes of light usage. So we told our son to sleep on the other half of it, which is the main couch part. The place also gets pretty hot...
