"Cheap but grubby, charges for sheets as well as towels. Noisy at night. Nowhere to put clothes in bedrooms (no shelves in cupboard) or stuff in bathroom. Good pool and amazing views though. Restaurant ok & nice staff but very slow check in and reception mainly closed."

They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. "The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "
