Lindo y cómodo condominio de dos dormitorios

El fabuloso trabajo de arte local y la decoración tropical le dan a este condominio actualizado y decorado con colores vivos la sensación de que se encuentra en los trópicos. Con vistas a nuestros exuberantes jardines tropicales y a la arboleda de bananos, está convenientemente ubicado en el segundo piso, cerca del ascensor, y está a la vuelta de la esquina de nuestra piscina climatizada de aguas cristalinas y a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de arena blanca. ¡Varias mejoras recientes hacen de esta unidad de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños el lugar donde alojarse! La suite principal tiene una cama king y acceso al gran lanai con mosquitero. La habitación de huéspedes tiene dos camas individuales que pueden convertirse en una cama king previa solicitud. La cocina totalmente equipada ha tenido una renovación reciente con mostradores de granito y gabinetes nuevos. Un nuevo televisor ultra HD de 51 pulgadas en la sala cuenta con Roku incorporado para que pueda iniciar sesión en sus servicios de transmisión favoritos o ver los canales de satélite. Otras comodidades incluyen ventiladores de techo, aire acondicionado centralizado, 3 televisores de pantalla plana vía satélite en las dos habitaciones, sofá cama tamaño queen, ropa de cama y un paquete de inicio de jabones, productos de papel y café. Sillas de playa y una sombrilla de playa se proporcionan para su disfrute. Las toallas de playa están disponibles para su compra o alquiler en nuestra oficina en el lugar. Had a great time

Our family had a great time here. Was very close to the beach, and the beach gear provided was great. We rented bikes and that was an amazing way to get around the island. Quiet and relaxing place to vacation. The only bad part was the mattress in the master bedroom. Very hard and noisy. Would still recommend the property

We rented bikes and it was so fun accessing everything via bike. Walking to the beach was so nice and loved looking for seashells. Saw a manatee swim by one day. It was relaxing and the perfect place to have a vacation. Used Yelp to find great food!

Easy beach access

Perfect for our family of 4. Right on beach. Unit is in back so not much of ocean view from lanai. You can rent beach towels from place for $5 a towel for week. Well worth it if you are flying in. Didn’t use pool as a little too crowded for me with covid. We used outdoor gas grill one night. Unit equipped with 4 beach chairs which could definitely could be upgraded. I wish there was a small cooler to carry to beach. Only one parking spot which wasn’t a problem for us.

Awesome place to stay

The condo was so spectacular, short walk to the beach (like 3 minutes, we were in Condo Building 1), the staff are excellent. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool closes at 8pm (or dusk) which is a little early if you want to enjoy a nightly swim after dinner. No see-ums are bad at dusk and dawn, bring skin so soft. Will be staying again. LOVED This place and the staff. Patricia was fabulous to work with, responded quickly with questions and super nice.

Great stay, cozy unit

This property was as described. The location is perfect for a relaxing beach trip. The check in process couldn’t be easier, as the rental office is easy to find and the staff is friendly. This unit was spotless and cozy. The addition of the beach gear including chairs, an umbrella means you don’t have to haul your own items which is super convenient. The kitchen remodel is great and it had everything you’d need to cook. The pool is clean and the perfect size for this property. The only improvements I’d suggest would be adding a memory foam mattress pad or replacing the king sized bed as it is extremely hard. The pillows could use a refresh as well, although there are many spares in the closets. The living room furniture is reaching the end of its usable life, you can tell it’s been well loved. Overall I would highly recommend this property and unit. I can’t wait to return to Sanibel.

Great place

We loved the unit we were in, and the grounds were well maintained and very nice. We were happy with the pool, the short walk to the beach, and loved the fact that our unit came with a beach umbrella and chairs. We had one minor incident where the bathtub didn't drain, but maintenance showed up immediately after we called and fixed it right away. Everything else was perfect, and we loved the location on the island. We will be coming back and bringing more people next time to share the experience!

Splendid week at Sanibel

The condo was clean and inviting. It was centrally located for all activities -- shopping, beaches and dining. The kitchen area was well equipped. The area was lush and well maintained and we liked the laid back vibe of the island. The office staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was great; the condo was only steps from the beach. We would definitely come back.

Loved unit 303!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The whole property is very clean and the staff is wonderful! We stayed in unit 303 overlooking the pool. The unit overall is very clean and the furnishings are relatively new. There was a closet full of books and games and we donated our football and volleyball for your future guests. If you need anything the staff in the office is very attentive and pleasant. The beach is to the side and a very short walk. Beach chairs and umbrellas were in the garage so we didn't track sand into the condo. Very family friendly. There's a lot to see and do on Sanibel and Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach is a very short drive over the bridge. We will definitely be back and will try to book one of the two front buildings facing the beach.

Great location, very comfortable

The condo fit our needs perfectly. We loved being close to the beach, easy access to on site bike rentals and a great location. Only suggestion would be for the owner to get a better beach umbrella that augers into the sand and is more sturdy in the wind. But appreciated the beach chairs. Would definitely come back.

Pretty nice overall

The condo was very clean and comfortable and was conveniently located by the beach. The pool was nice and warm. The only drawback was the weather. We stayed over New Years and some days it only got up into the high 50’s, so I don’t think I’d choose Florida again for a winter vacation. Other than that, this place was great.
