"I stayed here three times in between flights to the Galapagos, Amazon River and Quito. Everything was great, except the WiFi, which kept going in and out, but that could have been the Internet service provider. They provide free airport pick up (but not drop off, which costs $10). The sheets and pillows are a good quality, the mattress was comfortable, the water is hot and has good pressure, and the room service food was very good and reasonably priced. I recommend this place for a budget option...

"Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit, so we thought that was all that was available. "Easy check-in and was able to before the notesld time. Very friendly. Close to Plaza Foch and buses and Supermaxi for groceries cos there's nothing. Smart part of the TV doesn't work so it's only cable channels. Room/apartment can get wicked cold but that's just Quito for you! "
