"We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. "Very close to the airport but there’s a lot that needs improvement. Housekeeping never seem to receive a call, we had to call the reception every time we needed something and sometimes the staff never arrived. There was a leaky lamp in the bathroom that continuously dripped water. We brought it to the attention of the staff, however, nothing was done at all to address it. There were loud noises at night and we had to call reception to make them stop with the noises. Utter and complete disregard...
