"First time this was best of all many hotels I've been too, kids love it comfortable bed for the time were there. Air conditioningwas great especially for the weather, room and walk way was very clean, checking in was pretty great fast and easy too, staffs there were great and courteous, wasn't able to eat there we had to leave early, but I'm pretty sure it would've been tasty and was. Very affordable and I would definitely come back here for my next trip next months and will try the food there....

I was assigned the same room, and the light still hadn't been fixed.
The stay included an airport transfer service (Uber, $20).
However, the Uber charge ended up being billed to my own card.

"Check in was at 4pm I had a 6 hr drive from LA,I got there 15 minutes early to see if I can check in as I was extremely tired,they said no rooms available yet,they took my phone number to call me when it was, so I came back at 4:35 and still no room available or a call,they took my number again,I came back at around 8 o clock since I had to fine somewhere to go because it was 108° outside and still no call I came to the from desk and all I got was a sorry and a 30 dollar voucher for breakfast...

"I have stayed at this property many times over the years as I travel to Tempe for business a few times each year. The property is declining. For the first time, my room smelled like it was the designated smoking room for the entire property. It was really horrible. Everything in my suitcase now smells like stale cigarette smoke. I was told when I checked in that if there was evidence of smoking in the room, I would be charged $25. Really? And how effective has that been? Why don't you charge...

"We were greeted upon entering the facility to check in and staff was very nice and helpful. We had a nicer room here than where we had stayed in Las Angeles which was pretty shocking since our LA hotel was "fancier". Would definitely recommend this location and will most likely be booking my next Phoenix stay here!"
