"I found used women’s underwear behind the mini fridge a condom wrapper on the bathroom floor and a cockroach in the tub. The faucet was not secured to the sink and the transition into the bathroom about caused a nasty fall. The front desk lady was nice though."

"Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we needed more towels or anything, they brought it within a reasonable time. The hotel is within walking distance to just about everything."

Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay
"Elevators not working. Tv in the room not working. I think Expedia needs to rethink advertising this hotel"

Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis
"The room we had 273. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The tv didn’t work right. Half the channels didn’t work. The air conditioning was terrible. Didn’t cool the room down much at all. We always stay there and have really good rooms. Not this time."
