Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
"Lobby restrooms were in terrible shape with wallpaper falling off the wall. The roof top balcony was nothing like the picture and wasn’t clean or maintained. The parking garage scenario was a catastrophe. People were waiting for over an hour to get there vehicles from being forced to valet park only ..."

"Great location. Very close to airport and rental cars. Shuttle was convenient and helpful."

Forest Park Hotel by MDR
"This hotel even though outdated makes up for it with their customer service and affordability. The biggest issue for us was being on the 7th floor with just one working elevator that was very slow. The hotel is near an abundance of restaurants and entertainment."
