Our newly renovated 2-story oceanfront penthouse end-unit is located in the desirable gated community of Peña Mar Ocean Club. This spacious 3Bdrm/3Bath home offers stunning panoramic views of the ocean, city skyline, and El Yunque Rainforest.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, a wet br, full-unit AC, Wi-Fi, an in-unit laundry room, a first-floor covered balcony, a private rooftop terrace, a media/game room, and three Smart TVs throughout the unit. Upstairs, the second-floor entertainment area includes a media room with a 65-inch Smart TV, a wet bar, a full bathroom, and games. Also on this level is the private rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing, doing yoga, or enjoying the spectacular views.

The en-suite master bedroom features a king-sized bed, double sinks, a 55” Smart TV, and views of both the ocean and rainforest. The other two bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds, all with rainforest and mountain views.

We also offer all the sports equipment needed for basketball, pickleball, and tennis. Beach gear like chairs, an umbrella, towels, sand toys, boogie boards, beach paddles, and more are provided to make your beach days easy and fun.

The complex offers full generator backup, water cistern system, elevators, and 24/7 security, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and convenient stay.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay and our host who was very responsive to all our questions and comments.The penthouse was wonderful and perfectly suited for the six of us. My wife, two boys, and parents spent a week at this beautiful property. It was clean, fully stocked, and had the best views from the rooftop deck. The communication with the property owner was both easy and informative. They were readily available to answer all our questions. The location was great, near everything we had planned. We can't wait to plan our next trip to this paradise.

Amazing Stay

My family and I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and Nancy was by far the most attentive, communicative and just flat out most incredible host we've ever dealt with! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this trip truly unforgettable. Your home exemplifies comfort and luxury and is so spacious and clean. The views are to die for and the location is superb as it's close to a variety of activities (El Yunque jungle, Bioluminescence tours, Icacos Island, Culebra Island, only 40 minutes to San Juan and numerous top notch beaches). Thank you for a great stay. 5 stars!

Paradise by the sea

This unit was especially clean and well supplied to meet all our needs. Everything seemed to be thought of and was so well organized. The furnishings were wonderful and I would say premium quality. The view is beautiful as well as the location. We had stayed on this property previously but this unit was exceptional compared to the other her one we had. Our children enjoyed it as well. The owner had great communication that was helpful and kind. I sincerely hope all future guests take care of this unit as much as the owners have put into it and preparing it for their guests.

Amazing condo and host!

We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Nancy went above and beyond for our stay. The condo was beautiful…the open rooftop balcony was a favorite for sure. Quiet gated community. We often had the pools to ourselves. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed!
