"We really enjoyed the friendly staff, the cleanliness and the wonderful viewed throughout the resort. Loved the breakfast buffet at "Ventanas". On our prior visit, the restaurant was not open since Hurricane Maria caused damage to the property, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it was reopened. "Hotel Miramar was clean, quiet, housekeeping staff friendly and kind. Restaurants were in walking distances. The food was good at all of the restaurants we visited except the 24 hour Pizza e Birra place. The pizza was very disappointing, not good at all. Overall stay was very good. "

"The staff was always polite, friendly , respectful and ready to help. The property was beautiful but unfortunately for us the beach was not in good condition due to the large amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. If the beach had been accessible it would have been a perfect vacation. "

"This is a family-friendly, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. The shuttle also goes to the T-Mobile District which has resturants, bars, cinemas, zip-lining and an arcade, but you can walk there in 5 minutes if you miss the shuttle. "The rooms are super clean and the bed are super comfortable the dining are and the pool are very cool keep in mind that the pool is not a large size pool. Our stay was great and it was within walking distance of a lot of activities. The only downside is the parking lots only holds 5 cars. But that was kind of expected because it’s in a very busy area. The night life is great around the area we loved our stay"

"The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip."

"Our stay at Ola Boutique was amazing! The staff, the area, the overall look and feel of the hotel were a whole vibe. I cannot state enough how amazing the staff was! Only two things were, even though we paid for “valet parking” one night we got back late after a concert and we did not find any parking spots open. The security guard lady (who was AMAZING) offered us her spot and she parked somewhere else as she was leaving at 5am (this was around 2am). Also, our TV was disconnected when we came...
