Wonderful Newly Remodeled Studio

Wonderful newly remodeled studio apartment with queen size bed, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs and a large bathroom. The living space has been redesigned, and the bathroom remodeled from scratch. The improvements include a new closet, new paint, Hi-speed WiFi, new tiles in the bathroom, new bathtub, and more.

This unit is conveniently located in a quiet area with quick access to the 280 freeway and within blocks of public transportation. Plenty of street parking available. Stern Grove and The Stonestown Shopping Gallery are a short 5-10 minute walk away. Lake Merced and Lakeshore Plaza are also within walking distance (less than 1 mile away).

Our stay was perfect! The location of the property was 5 to 15 minutes away from EVERYTHING we had planned. The accommodations were clean and the host's responded quickly when I sent a message. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Parking wasalways available right in front. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow.Mike was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The apartment is comfortable and has everything that was stated in the description.

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving week. Great location for access to both the city and the highway to South Bay. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking. Close to grocery stores and light rail to the business district. We had one small snag during our stay but Mike quickly responded and resolved the issue. This may not be the most luxurious unit but it met all of our needs and we would happily stay there again!

This property was perfect for our 5 day stay in San Francisco. Super safe and quiet neighborhood, wide streets with plenty of space for parking if you have a car, clean and well-appointed apartment. Mike has thought of everything one could need for their stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower and bathroom are spacious and the kitchen is just the right size with everything we needed if we wanted to cook a meal. We loved it and hope to return.

The location was perfect. A quiet neighborhood in the Sunset/Lakeside District, away from the hustle/bustle/traffic/noise of the City by the Bay. We were traveling with friends, who stayed in the City. He had a conference, so we drove in every day to pick up his wife, and traffic is horrendous. We hit some restaurants on the ocean side and they wished they could have stayed with US! The bed was softer than we are used to, but we slept very well. Did not hear much noise from the residents upstairs. The street parking was ample, and we had no issues. There was a full sized fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, hot water pot and microwave. Shopping, restaurants and the ocean were all within walking distance. Mike was very responsive and we actually ran, ok walked into him, as we arrived. He was very pleasant and affable. We asked for some suggestions for restaurants. We tried Ebisu, Sushi/Japanese. It was EXCELLENT and reasonably priced for SF. We went for lunch to Bursa, a Mediterranean restaurant. It was about a 20 minute walk from the studio. We definitely needed the walk. The food was delicious and portions generous. If you're looking for a quiet, quaint place to stay, this is it!

Small one bedroom studio with plenty of room for two. Very clean, roomy bathroom with tub/shower and plenty of soap, toilet paper and towels provided. Plenty of seating for two in the bedroom and at small kitchen table. Adequate kitchen supplies for simple meals. We only did cold breakfast and microwaved snacks. All appliances and electrics, etc working properly. Quick responsive communications from owner and clear instructions for entry and usage of wifi, TV, etc. Very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood with oodles of on-street parking (amazing for San Francisco). 4 blocks walk away is a large shopping center with Whole Foods and Target and eateries. Buses nearby. We lodged for 4 nights. Very comfortable stay and we would book again if in the area. Very, very satisfied. Thank you, Mike!

Fantastic SF Neighborhood

Convenient Economical Lodging

Spacious accommodations with convenient location at a fair price. Plenty of parking. New comforter is needed. Current bedding quite dated. One night the room was a bit damp and smelly, but it went away by morning and was fine the rest of the stay.

Splendid stay!

Our host Mike was very available and left clear instruction for checking in and out. The place is very comfortable, well equipped and the shower was perfect. Great location as well, with buses and MUNI stops within a 0,5 km ratio. Highly recommend it!

Nice stay for about the same $ as hotels

We were initially going to just stay in a hotel somewhere downtown San Francisco, but then heard about some of the trouble that goes on, especially if you’re driving. This place, on the other hand, was in decent, quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfy and everything was clean.

Appartement bien situé et pratique

L'appartement était très bien situé pour visiter certains quartiers de San Francisco (Golden Gate park, Castro, Twin Peaks). La plage Ocean Beach, à quelques minutes de voiture, nous a permis de voir un superbe coucher de soleil. Il y a une épicerie à moins de dix minutes de marche. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Nous avons vraiment aimé y séjourner.

nice studio apartment in quiet neighborhood

This was a great property for us since we were visiting family who just lived a few minutes away. It's also close to Stonestown shopping area which has a huge Whole Foods grocery store. We bought breakfast items there and ate at the apartment. If you wish to cook meals there, it's well equipped with lots of dishes, pans, a 2-burner stove (no oven), microwave, etc. We also went to the outdoor market just a few blocks away on Saturday morning. Great fun! Also fairly close to the ocean if you have a car. While the apartment is a studio, it feels larger because of the new kitchen which is a separate room. We had plenty of room and there's a big closet and a large chest of drawers for your clothes. There's also a lot of street parking in this very nice neighborhood. Mike is great to communicate with--he answers almost immediately! The apartment is very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great neighborhood with Stonestown Galleria just around the corner

It's really exactly like what it is advertised. Mike provides all the essential needed in the studio. Location is 5 stars because public transport like buses, MUNI are within walking distance. Same with Stonestown Galleria too, where you can get all your groceries within walking distance, great for people who do not drive but love to cook their own meals. The area or town is having its own micro-climate too Where its summer is cooler compared to other places in San Francisco.

Perfect San Francisco retreat

This was a lovely and cozy unit in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation to go anywhere in the city. Mike is a terrific host. Communication was very easy, and keyless entry made check-in a breeze. I would highly recommend!

Cozy and convenient

This cozy apartment is located in a safe, clean, quiet, and modern suburban residential neighborhood. Metro and bus stops affording direct (!) links to the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Union Square/SOMA are only a five-minute walk away. A large shopping mall for purchasing items for everyday needs is only a very short walk away as well. Mike is a very helpful host who can be contacted easily if assistance is required.
