5 MINUTE WALK TO BUSES & BART

Three-bedroom Victorian-flat is available to interested parties looking for a quiet and beautiful home. The home was built in 1924 and was lovingly restored to its original charm yet meshed with modern amenities. The home is tastefully decorated and is very well lit from its many windows and skylights. It comfortably sleeps 5 as two of the larger bedrooms have queen-size beds and the smaller room has a twin bed. The entire flat has refinished original hardwood floors, ceiling rosette, crown molding, decorative fireplace (not to be used), original cabinets, and French- doors. The living room has a large suede couch with two club chairs and an extra-large ottoman which can double as additional seating. For your entertainment, there is parlor games, Wii-Fi, a large television and a DVD player. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. Next to the dining room is a huge kitchen with modern conveniences including a 6-burner gas stove, hood range, double oven, warmer, large refrigerator, smaller fridge for drinks, blender, large toaster, and coffee maker. There are two beautiful bathrooms (no tubs) that are stocked with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet-paper for your convenience. Guest can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or in the private backyard where you can grill yourself a nice dinner on the gas grill located below the stairs.

This house was one of our best experiences ever! Lupe was incredible. Answering all our questions and helping in many ways. The house is comfortable and beautiful and our family of 5 were so comfortable. BART is only a short walk for access to many activities in the city. I can not recommend this house enough.

Enjoyed our stay. Hosts we're very welcoming, met us at the property and acquainted us to the home. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals, and hosts provided some snacks, tea, and coffee as well. The house is a short walk from public transport. Also in walking distance from a park with play structure for kids. Only downside was bathrooms, which have very little to no counter space.

Loved this home!

This was a wonderful property. We felt genuinely at home and comfortable. They provided everything we needed and we slept well in the big cozy beds. Wonderful space for our family to unwind in after long days exploring SF.

Beautiful, Comfortable SF Stay

The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and welcoming. Our hosts left us plenty of coffee and snacks for the late night snacking we needed after a full day in the city. The kitchen was beautiful with a skylight and access to an outdoor patio along with an abundance of cooking appliances and spices. We'd love to go back!

Coffee and ice cream.

Perfect long weekend with family. Coffee in the morning from the coffee shop across the road, and ice cream after dinner from the ice cream shop also just across the road. Ideal for staying in or going out. Felt completely at home. Lupe met us to check in and had plenty of tips for places to eat, things to see, then left us to our own devices. Would stay again.

Wonderful Property and Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in San Francisco at this beautiful property. Amazing hosts that are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The home is very clean and has comfortable beds and a great kitchen space with so many amenities. Nice to have a parking spot available for our rental car, too! We would definitely stay at this property again!

We arrived and were met by our host Lupe. Very gracious and helpful. We loved the location. Did not need a car and visited all the sights we hoped to see. We have stayed in many VRBO and this ranks at the top.

Super cool home with authentic San Francisco vibe . Fun coffee shop and yummy ice cream shoppe just steps away. Hosts are super-gracious. One of the best VEBO experiences for sure.

San Francisco

San Francisco was the end destination on our 2 week road trip on Highway 101 starting in Seattle. Lupe was there to greet us and open her home to us. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen amazing. All attractions are easily accessible and Lupe offers a list of restaurants and sites to see. It was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our vacation. Highly recommend.

Great spot for a family trip to San Francisco

Hosts were great, easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our stay. Location is close to the 280 freeway so it was easy to get around and they have a nice breakfast spot (Tasty Coffee) and ice cream place (Balboa Ice Cream) right nearby. We had a family of 4 and the space was perfect to accommodate all of us.

Excellent basis to discover San Francisco and the Bay Area

The home offered all we had hoped for. It was comfortable and inviting and it felt like coming home when we returned from our discovery tours in and around SF. Wonderful Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a quick drive to the Fisherman's Wharf area with our rental car. There is also city transportation in close proximity as well as grocery stores, etc. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and had so many amenities.The beds were comfortable and updated showers were nice. We enjoyed being able to have dinners together in the dining room after a day of tourist activites and had fun playing games from their collection. Lupe was so sweet. She was a wonderful host who was very responsive to any questions we had and also very accomodating. We were sad we had to leave, If we are ever back in San Francisco, we will not hesitate staying here again!

A welcoming home away from home

Lupe welcomed us with wise advice about our plans, and a wonderful classic sourdough bread. Easy to get around the city from this quiet neighborhood, and it was a spacious, comfortable place to get back to at the end of a hectic touring day. Our family enjoyed the comfy living room and the open kitchen was a great place to gather to watch my brother make amazing breakfasts! Large dining area was a game night table on several occasions. Highly recommend and we hope to come again soon!
