Three-bedroom Victorian-flat is available to interested parties looking for a quiet and beautiful home. The home was built in 1924 and was lovingly restored to its original charm yet meshed with modern amenities. The home is tastefully decorated and is very well lit from its many windows and skylights. It comfortably sleeps 5 as two of the larger bedrooms have queen-size beds and the smaller room has a twin bed. The entire flat has refinished original hardwood floors, ceiling rosette, crown molding, decorative fireplace (not to be used), original cabinets, and French- doors. The living room has a large suede couch with two club chairs and an extra-large ottoman which can double as additional seating. For your entertainment, there is parlor games, Wii-Fi, a large television and a DVD player. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. Next to the dining room is a huge kitchen with modern conveniences including a 6-burner gas stove, hood range, double oven, warmer, large refrigerator, smaller fridge for drinks, blender, large toaster, and coffee maker. There are two beautiful bathrooms (no tubs) that are stocked with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet-paper for your convenience. Guest can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or in the private backyard where you can grill yourself a nice dinner on the gas grill located below the stairs.

The hype is absolutely real—skip the stress of scrolling through endless listings and just book this place if you’re heading to San Francisco.Our family of four, including two teens, felt completely at home here. The house is spacious, spotless, and laid out in a way that gave everyone room to decompress without feeling on top of each other. Whether we were getting ready for a day of exploring or just hanging out after a long day of sightseeing, the layout worked perfectly for us.We loved that it was just a short walk to buses and BART, which made getting into the city quick and easy. At the same time, having our own off‑street parking spot was a huge bonus—it gave us the flexibility to head out for day trips and late‑night drives without worrying about street parking or ride‑share costs. The host was lovely and highly responsive, checking in just enough to make sure everything was going smoothly. The place was stocked very thoughtfully—we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from basic kitchen supplies to extra toiletries, and there honestly wasn’t a single thing we felt was missing.We truly can’t think of anything to improve upon; every detail felt considered and guest‑oriented. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and family‑friendly San Francisco base with great transit access and private parking, this is the place to book. Thank you so much for such a wonderful home away from home!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was very convenient. The property has lots of space and was very clean. Easy interactions with our gracious and thoughtful hosts. I cannot say enough good things about this stay! The hosts were so gracious and helpful. The home had plenty of room and comfortable furniture. Great coffee shops and sandwich shops to walk to. Very easy to get into downtown SF area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this place. Host was so thoughtful and easy to deal with. House was way better than photos. Spacious, clean, organized and great extras like snacks, everything you could think of for cooking, tons of towels and extra blankets. PARKING!! Loved the back patio. Beds were very comfortable! Close to public transportation, cute bodegas & pizza shot within walking distance. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Lupe was a wonderful host! She was warm and pleasant and was quickly responsive when we had questions. The rental unit was very clean and comfortably furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking (among other things, we made baked French toast, chicken chili, and salmon curry). We got groceries at the Whole Foods. We had an amazing dinner at Luisa’s Italian restaurant followed by ice cream at Mitchell’s. We appreciated the generous quantity of snacks (biscotti, chips, breakfast bars, cookies) provided in the pantry (such an unexpected but very welcoming gesture). The location was a great home base for our party. It was very safe for walking (my son and I love to go on long walks together). We highly recommend this rental.

This was a fantastic home! Lupe was a great host!! Home was very well kept and had spacious rooms. It had practically everything you would need for cooking including 2 full drawers of spices. There was off street parking available right in front of home. Home was also within a short distance of a convenience store, laundry mat, pizza, coffee, and ice cream shops. Grocery store was a short driving distance as well. Easy access to get on highways if driving or BART stop just down the street. Highly recommend staying here when visiting San Francisco!

This house was one of our best experiences ever! Lupe was incredible. Answering all our questions and helping in many ways. The house is comfortable and beautiful and our family of 5 were so comfortable. BART is only a short walk for access to many activities in the city. I can not recommend this house enough.

Enjoyed our stay. Hosts we're very welcoming, met us at the property and acquainted us to the home. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals, and hosts provided some snacks, tea, and coffee as well. The house is a short walk from public transport. Also in walking distance from a park with play structure for kids. Only downside was bathrooms, which have very little to no counter space.

Beautiful, Comfortable SF Stay

The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and welcoming. Our hosts left us plenty of coffee and snacks for the late night snacking we needed after a full day in the city. The kitchen was beautiful with a skylight and access to an outdoor patio along with an abundance of cooking appliances and spices. We'd love to go back!

Coffee and ice cream.

Perfect long weekend with family. Coffee in the morning from the coffee shop across the road, and ice cream after dinner from the ice cream shop also just across the road. Ideal for staying in or going out. Felt completely at home. Lupe met us to check in and had plenty of tips for places to eat, things to see, then left us to our own devices. Would stay again.

Wonderful Property and Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in San Francisco at this beautiful property. Amazing hosts that are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The home is very clean and has comfortable beds and a great kitchen space with so many amenities. Nice to have a parking spot available for our rental car, too!
