This is one apartment in a 3-unit building.
Four separate floors allow for easy privacy and workspaces when needed. There`s an electric sit/stand desk downstairs with two monitors and a Herman Miller Aeron chair. There’s good wifi throughout the house with WiFi extenders on each floor so you’re able to work or stream from each room as well as the outdoor spaces.

There is a 60` TV in the living room and a 100` projector in the 1st floor bedroom. Streaming is available via Chromecast in both rooms, no cable.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a Wolf range, All Clad pots & pans, and provided coffee with espresso machine, drip, and aeropress options for coffee.
There`s plenty of room in this great condo located in one of the best neighborhoods in SF.
If traveling for business or with friends, 1-2 people have the 1st floor bedroom/bathroom (Queen size bed). 1-2 people can use the master bedroom on the 3rd floor (Queen size bed) with an en-suite bathroom. 1-2 people can use the queen size futon (Room and Board) on the 4th floor. The second bathroom is located on the 2nd floor next to the kitchen.
Plenty of light in the condo and room to work or relax. The outdoor areas are not available for guests to use.
We ask that guests be respectful to our neighbors.
There is also a full size washer and dryer and gas fireplace.
Guests will be required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.
There is a $300 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.
Guests have access to the entire condo, no spaces are shared.

The location is great. Safe neighborhood that is one block from Jackson park. Two blocks from all of the restaurants/shops on 18th street. 4 blocks to walk to Whole Foods, Anchor Steam brewery, Phils coffee, etc. Potrero Hill is a great neighborhood with views of the city.
Parking is limited to 2 hours on the street in front of the house during the weekdays. There is longer term parking within a couple blocks from the apartment. Uber/Lyft are easy to use in the area. There are multiple Lyft bike stations within 2 blocks. - No parties or events of any kind are allowed here - Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am - No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling) - Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation. - No pets allowed - Conserve water, California is currently in a drought - Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit - Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...) - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. - On check-out, if property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit. - During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills. - Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy. - Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay. - Must be 21 or older to book the apartment - No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed - Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
