  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. There was not a private backyard. There was not a parking space. The individual in the ADU had a party til well past 10pm with music blaring. The ADU is 10 feet away from the master bedroom.

It was great stay..with only few issues..one is the parking there one spot assigned but it was always busy with the person staying at the ADU in the back.Other issue the rooms don't have AC .The master bedroom doesn't have a closet or dresser to put your clothes.The backyard is share with the people in the ADU and that is not described in the website. Other than that we were happy staying here.

The property is a great size for a large group. Street parking is always tricky in San Diego but this house is in a corner so it maximizes your options. Clean, everything you need to enjoy your time, and plenty of windows to enjoy the breeze. We’d stay here again!

Overall, good location for San Diego outings. We stayed 4 nights. Highly recommend bringing fans to push air through the property otherwise it is stuffy. We stayed in July.The person in the ADU blocks all parking for designated spot. Interior needs maintenance. Several pieces of colored tape on walls randomly. Felt like someone had a party before our arrival. Sticky tape down the side of bar. Clear tape on walls. What looked like animal hair throughout

Family Get Together

We had 9 family members including 4 kiddos. Everyone enjoyed themselves with the house amenities (foosball and the hammock). It was a great location, some went on runs to the beach and all of us went to the zoo, The house was everything it was said to be. We all had a great time.

Family get away

We brought the grandparents to visit our daughter down at college in San Diego. The house was perfect for us. Everyone got their own rooms. We had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. Parking was a bit tricky to find on the street in the evening and the person who lives in the ADU used the spot behind the garage. Overall we had a wonderful time.
