The space
Hi this is a small back house cottage, approximately 450 square feet. You do have access to the pool ,hot tub, and BBQ which is shared with the other 2 houses on the property. All 3 houses on this property are close to each other. This home does have a semi-private patio outside it's bedroom's door. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa pull out bed in the living room. There is a free parking space right outside the home's front door. This house does not have a washer or dryer.

Only the hot tub is heated, and only heated on demand. It takes 30-45 minutes for the hot tub to heat up each time. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is a shared space. ALL 3 HOMES on the property will have access to the pool area and BBQ area.
Guest access
You will be able to park in the parking space in the alley, and use a keypad on the front door for entry.
