The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Please note this is the addition to the main house and there are two other units on the property.

The Neighborhood:
The house is situated in the diverse and family friendly residential neighborhood of Denver Heights, less than 10 mins away from the downtown San Antonio and the Alamo. This gentrifying neighborhood is a prime location that lets you easily explore the entire city and visit its top restaurants, shops, attractions, and landmarks. The park and the YMCA are excellent places to start, just across the street. As with every downtown area, some homes are experiencing revitalization while others may need some TLC. We have made friends with several neighbors, and many have lived in their homes for many generations!

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home including vaping as well as use of candles or incense! Any evidence will result in a $250 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.
