The space:
As soon as you step foot in this charming home, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that complements the excellent San Antonio location.
The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, which sets the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the whole home very bright during the entire day, accenting the tastefully picked furniture and enhancing the soothing ambiance.
Once the sun sets and you decide it's time to rest, retreat to two comfortable bedrooms, which feature 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to recharge after an exciting day of sightseeing.
Finally, you'll be able to catch a breath of fresh air and soak up the sun by stepping out into the dreamy backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The house is situated in a safe and gentrifying neighborhood of Dignowity Hill; just a short 5-min drive away from downtown and The Alamo. It promises a relaxing escape from the everyday hustle and bustle while being close to excellent restaurants, shops, attractions, and landmarks. As with every downtown area, some homes are experiencing revitalization while others may need some TLC. We have made friends with several neighbors, and many have lived in their homes for many generations!

If you are traveling in a larger group or your preferred dates are already taken, you'll be happy to know that we offer one additional listings on the property as well as 3 others a few minutes away.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.
