Custom Modern hill country home! Prime location w/scenic views and game room!

✨Welcome to a one-of-a-kind hill country home that is close to popular sites in San Antonio! This 3 story home prides itself of its views, location, and amenities while sleeping 12 guests comfortably!
On our top floor, we have a master bedroom with a king bed/master bath, attached is a room with a twin bed and a vanity. From the master bedroom, you can step out on our balcony for the best view in the house! Our middle floor is the kitchen, dining area, living room and deck! Our bottom level has 3 queen bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower. Our white couch turns into a bed that sleeps 2 guests as well.

We are able to accommodate 9 people that can sleep in beds, the white couch that turns into a bed and the rest can sleep on the couch, or even in the game room because those cushions are like clouds, they’re extremely soft and wide! If you’d like, we can even provide a blow up mattress depending on how many guests come! Please let us know how we can better accommodate your stay!

The property was very clean and modern. Newly renovated. The view was beautiful. We loved the secret game room you entered through the laundry room. The game room had foosball, game table, shuffle board and a dart board. We loved sitting on the deck morning and evening!

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. However, we did receive a complaint on the first night for sitting on the backyard balcony area after 10 PM. A few of our group members are smokers who enjoy relaxing and chatting outside in the evenings, so this restriction was a bit disappointing.The game room had a noticeable ant issue, and we found leftover food in the refrigerator from previous guests. The dishwasher was also not functioning, and the home could benefit from a general refresh or update. Despite these concerns, the house itself was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay and loved that I did not have to worry when checking out just had to pack personal stuff and leave. First time I stay in a Vrbo that had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Any questions or issues we had the owner answered promptly. Loved our stay and the house was beautiful.

Family Favorites - Game Room and Projector Room

The game room is accessed through the laundry room and was very popular with our crew. There is a dart board, foosball table, and card/board games. The projector room has a lot of seating on the sectional, separate couch, and floor cushions. The view was amazing, and even in the summer heat the breeze and shade made it comfortable to sit outside. Here are a couple of notes: The single room is accessed through the master bedroom. None of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Great Respite

The house is beautiful, the hosts are so sweet and so communicative. Highly recommend this house in the hill country with gorgeous views. The house has so many things that make it fabulously unique. A hidden game room (the kids in our group lived here!), a theater room and a wonderful place for the family to hang out and reconnect. So close to Fiesta Texas, The Rim and La Cantera. Book it!

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better—convenient to everything we wanted to do, with great shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The house itself was beautifully set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Birthday Getaway

This property did not disappoint! It was clean, the uniqueness of the floor plan allowed me and my guests ample room to get comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. The description was accurate and the host very helpful, accessible and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

Outstanding!!!

Plenty of space for us all! The view was beautiful. The kids loved hanging out in the game room and watching a movie another night in the theatre room. Everything was readily available in the kitchen and the expresso machine was a hit with us all. The neighbors were very friendly. I will definitely book again SOON. The location is right next to Fiesta Texas. We also made a short trip to the Riverwalk for dinner the first night and Gruene the second day to float the Guadalupe River. The best part was there wasn’t a major to do list before leaving like other rental properties. Access in and out is a code, so you don’t have to meet anyone for a key. This was a wonderful experience for us all! The owners were also super NICE and responded to my question immediately!! 10 out of 10!!
