Our third time staying here, love the property and location. Well maintained, clean, good kitchen for group meals, we noticed furniture and other property upgrades in our most recent visit that kept an already immaculate property feeling fresh.

We enjoyed our stay. We planned to ski at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, so this house was within 25 minutes of all 4. The house was clean, well stocked, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Would recommend to anyone planning to take advantage of Utah's fantastic skiing.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean with modern kitchen and new furnishings. It was stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Having the 2 car garage was nice. The hot tub was great. Very convenient location. Our kids loved the bunk room and tv room jn the basement.

loved the location, easy drive to the mountains (alta, snowbird etc.) and close to the bus if you don't get parking!! Also close to grocery stores and the airport too. The bedrooms were well appointed. Kitchen was NOT well appointed however, and it is a lot smaller than it looks. If you have a group that plans on cooking just be aware of this. Overall great house though. We used the hot tub and saw the cleaner come immediately when we checked out which made us very comforted that the property manager took great care of the unit. Family room is plenty big, beds are comfy, garage has plenty of storage for skis/boards.

The condo was perfectly located between the SnowBird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton resorts. It was also a quick drive to Park City. The only draw back was the master bedroom shower didn't work. We couldn't figure out how to turn the water on. Since there were only 2 of us staying there, we didn't contact Vacasa and just ended up using the second bathroom.

The property needs to be deep cleaned. The carpet needs cleaning or replaced. It is dirty looking and warn out especially on the stairs. The bed linens and pillows need to be replaced. The corners and word work have been banged up pretty bad. They need to be painted. The amount we paid a night with fees it is not worth the price. The location is great for skiing but we will pick another location next year.

This was a really good find for our annual ski trip. The views are great; the back deck looks out and up to the eastern range. The home was more spacious than we expected and very nicely appointed. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for the week, and everything was very clean and well-organized. You may see some of your neighbors from the hot tub, but nothing was noisy or disturbing. Access to Alta and Snowbird turned out to be ridiculously easy from this property. The walk from the house is probably about 300 feet to a bus stop directly across the street from the development. The bus runs every 20 minutes or so and does a great job of getting you to the slopes. Short of having a ski-in/ski-out place, this was about as convenient as it gets. For Brighton and Solitude, its maybe a 5 minute drive to the Park and Ride and then onto the buses. If you've got the vehicle and decent weather for it, driving up Big Cottonwood Canyon is probably a decent alternative - but for Little Cottonwood Canyon, the ski bus is the way to go. Finally, when you arrive, do not be alarmed by how warm it may be down in the Salt Lake valley. You may wonder where the snow is and what exactly you've gotten yourself into. Fear not. The 20 minute ride up the canyon road will take you to a whole different world and is a miracle of nature.

Great overall experience. Good location for getting to multiple ski resorts. Near restaurants. Clean spaces. Kids enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and Xbox. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Comfortable master bed!

Loved our stay at this Cottonwood Heights property. We felt very at home and comfortable for our stay! The townhome was clean, well supplied, and the location was close to downtown, ski slopes, and the Real Salt Lake soccer stadium! We had many adventures, but want to return again! We just got home from a fantastic ski vacation over New Year's, skiing one day each at 4 different mountains. The convenience of this townhome helped make the trip a great success. Nestled at the bottom of the two canyons, you cannot ask for better access to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. All were just 25-35 minutes away. We skied 3 of these mountains, and also spent one day at Deer Valley, which was still only about 45 minutes away. If you plan to ski a variety of mountains this is a great place to start from. The home was as expected and we would definitely stay here again. It was clean, delivered all the bedding and space advertised, and check-in/out was a breeze. The air hockey table is a little dated but still in good enough shape for our kids to want to play a few games every day. We were especially impressed after coming back from the first day of skiing - the driveway had been cleared after a couple inches of snow as you might expect, but what we didn't expect was that the back deck around the hot tub had been cleared off as well which we greatly appreciated. The hot tub was a welcomed relief at night and we used it a couple times. It was a little unusual in that the temperature was in Celsius, but after a quick Google search we learned that 40 degrees as shown on the hot tub panel is the same as 104 Fahrenheit, meaning the hot tub was fully heated and ready for usage upon our arrival. The hot tub light didn't appear to work but that wasn't a big deal and overall the hot tub will definitely suit your needs. As far as needed improvements, the home could use a couple more kitchen items. One night we cooked spaghetti, and as there is no large pot we had to use three small pots to cook the pasta. There were also only 5 large water glasses, not really enough if you have 6 or more guests which this property can accommodate. There were a few smaller ones to use as well, but overall a new set of glasses would be appropriate as well. But really these suggestions are getting a little picky; overall the condo was great; We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and we would definitely stay here again. Finally, as mentioned in some of the other reviews, we did not have any problems with the neighbors and smoking. My daughter has allergies and didn't have a single issue the entire stay, from smoke or otherwise (again attesting to the cleanliness of the property).

The house was clean and perfect for a family. We were here visiting my brother and his family with my 3 children and Grandpa. The air hockey table and bunkbeds were a hit with the kids, and cousins could have a sleepover finally. The house is in a great location too. Close to Salt Lake City and its attractions, a park you can walk to, and a grocery store very close. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The unit was perfect! My co-worker and I were there for a business trip, so we didn't really spend that much time at the house, but did enjoy it when we were there! It's about 20-30 minutes from downtown and very close to some great restaurants! When we arrived we spoke to the guy who helps care for the units (Kit) and he was extremely helpful! Felt like a very safe and friendly community! We loved the neighbors, she is a sweetheart and it's great to see how much love and care she put into her patio and backyard. I've stayed at many VRBO or other units and this one was wonderful! VaCasa does a great job with contacting and managing the property. Fantastic all around!

check review on vacasa. Unit is not a real clean unit and should not be rented as a non smoking unit. Neighbors are within 6 feet of this unit's deck and smoke from these chain smokers make the deck and hot tub unuseable. check out photo. garage is not long enough for 1/2 ton truck.
