"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"Great location to Broadway shows & Time Square. Coffee shop downstairs and speakeasy are great, awesome food! Our main issue is the noise. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the conversation of the people next door. At finally called front desk at 11:30pm and they did nothing about it (they said they would call their room but they didn’t). The room was “surface” clean but needed a lot of extra TLC. For $800, it wasn’t worth it even in NY."

"This hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the staff, to the room, and the restaurant. They were extremely dog friendly, and we felt right at home. The room was gorgeous and stacked. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog. "

"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. I would stay here again and the location is excellent but would opt for a little larger room with a larger bathroom offset from the room itself. It was very...
