"Clean room and quiet if you are facing the inner garden. Someone was smoking inside another room so the whole floor smelled bad. Breakfast was good but way too expensive (26$ + taxes and tips for 2 eggs with 3 slices of bacon and a toast). Overall a great experience in a nice neighborhood, but in the end felt a little too expensive for what it is."

"The Hotel Caza is in the perfect location! We enjoyed walking to the wharf, Pier 39, Ghiradelli Square and the cable cars. A local city bus was available right outside the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating! "

"A well-maintained boutique hotel with great character -- excellent and helpful staff, well-maintained and furnished and centrally located to Chinatown and Union Square. It is half way up steep Nob Hill, which contributes to its charm, but be aware that it is a steep but short walk both from Powell St. and Montgomery St. BART Stations (latter is more manageable). Lyft is readily available and reasonably priced though watch out for surge pricing before 9:30 am ($33 before but $7 after) to BART."

"Front desk and guest service staff were unfriendly and upon coming to the reception desk for check-in, they were looking down at the computer and were not happy to assist, even one of the staff said she was sending a message to her dentist...the guest service staff was just so rude. I regret that I made the booking with Kimpton as never had a such experience at any other hotels I stayed in the past 30 years and even it became a negative impression of San Francisco.."
