"Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

"It’s clean and close to the beach. A bit close to Palace Playland for my taste, but perfect if you like that kind of thing. A short walk to quieter beaches, on the 7 mile strip. The water and sand are incredible. Very festive. I do recommend."

"While the location and the apartment being pet friendly was a plus, everything else was, at best, a surprise. Our main issue with this location is that it is listed as a two bedroom, but it’s not disclosed that the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. Imagine a large primary bedroom with a giant walk-in closet, but that giant closet has now been converted into a second bedroom. "Overall it was ok...... Tight parking, we couldn't fit our truck in the parking space provided. We had to find a parking lot down the road and pay to park. Additional 60 that the renter claims will reimburse us. There are Minimum electrical outlets, one available outlet plug available in "master bedroom". "It’s very reasonable for the price, quite cozy. Communicating with the owner was very pleasant and always quick to respond. Only downside was parking. The place has 6-7 units and parking is very limited, sometimes you get a parking spot and then the next time you’re trying to figure out where to park. The units are well numbered although be nice to have a little direction of where to enter. Overall, nice stay, clean and very close to anything you may need."

"This is an old house, and certain features could be deemed charming. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated some of the amenities. However, it seemed worn and bare-bones in some aspects. "Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach."
