"The house was exceptionally cute and private perfect for a recharge with my spouse. Stunning views and private dock. A lot of care in this property, well maintained. The owner was the nicest person and it felt very personal. Loved the entire experience. We plan on coming back when the lake re-opens. Love supporting the Lake Lure/ Chimney Rock area since it was always a special place with amazing residents!! Highly recommend!!"

"Very cute modern log cabin. I am very happy to say i saw a couple dusty web strands but no bugs/spiders at all! The cabin is modern as in well sealed and insulated from temperature and noise and bugs. The wood work inside is absolutely beautiful! And the air conditioning worked great. Roomy, spacious, and worked out well for us. Main floor is a master bedroom with attached bathroom and two more bedrooms wirh a common full bath. There is also a nice recreation room downstairs with a foosball...

"Carl was the perfect host ! He met us at the cabin , introduced himself and showed us necessary things about our stay !! He has thought of absolutely everything for a one bedroom one bath , cute as could be Cabin . We will be building in the mountains of Waynesville and he gave us great ideas ! Inside and out ….. spotless . Would stay again and stay longer !! "

"We were very happy with this house- fantastic view and tons of room for 6 retired ladies on their annual ladies trip. We met the host Gwen who gave us some great recommendations and also quickly fixed a minor issue. We enjoyed the restaurants in Lake Lure. GreyHawk and Lured had great outdoor spaces and food. All of us agreed (no small feat for six 60 ladies) that we will return to Lake Lure next year and to this house!"

"The location is excellent. Secluded but convenient to shops, dining and activities in Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Lots of great hiking everywhere! The decor in the cabin is perfect. The kids loved the game room and hot tub, and the wrap around deck was great! Easy and quick communication with the owner."

"This awesome property is on the bottom level of a beautiful 3 story cabin just steps away from Lake Lure! The rental is very clean and spacious. The owners were very welcoming and provided us with restaurant and hiking ideas. We had access to the many outdoor spaces and enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning! "

"This was a beautiful cabin & the landscape was breathtaking! This was our daughter's first vacation ever (we adopted her from Taiwan last August).Our family loved the waterfall!
