"The staff were great! They prepared sandwiches for us before we headed to the airport at 5am. But the best part about the staff was they turned on the A/C for us when typically they don't turn on the A/C during the this time of the year (late Spring). Great airport hotel."

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"had a wonderful stay at Ajwa Hotel Istanbul. The location is excellent—very close to many of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The hotel restaurant was very good, and there are also plenty of great dining options nearby. I also experienced a traditional Turkish bath (hammam) at the hotel, which was a highlight of my stay.
What truly stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this...

"had paid for two higher-end rooms based on the photos and descriptions, but what we received was one twin room and one queen room, neither matched the sizes or standards I had reserved. My parents were given the twin room, and after a long, exhausting trip, they had already settled in. I did inform the front desk that these were not the rooms we booked. They offered to switch us, but by that point it was too late for us to move everything.
