"This was our second visit, and it didn’t fail to impress. On this occasion we stayed over Christmas, and the hotel was decorated fabulously. We had a castle feature room which was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner, which again was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were all polite and professional, always chatty with a smile on their faces! Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies."

"The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from. "Room was very clean however I would say the shower I had could have done with some bleach on the sealant at the bottom as it had a little yellowing. That's very minor in the grand scheme of things as the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday trip and they gave me a little gift and a card, it was the little things. I did had an issue with my toilet leaking which they fixed instantly. Breakfast was really good. Checkout was so easy and quick. All in all ut was lovely and I...
