"Great hotel and helpful staff. Had an issue with the sink in our room when checked in (as it would not drain away). Reported to reception and it was quickly fixed. No other issues - great location, clean rooms and decent wifi - good base for seeing the city."

Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa
"Visited on a weekend and there were so many different functions going on that it was too busy and noisy. Really not worth the money. Also room was cold and musty and there was mould on the back of curtains"

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Newcastle
"Good budget option. Small rooms with basic amenities but spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. More hangers would be better but perhaps you can get these if requested. A lot of noise in the rooms overlooking the street, to be expected due to central location. Reasonable value. Would stay again providing ..."
