"This hotel was nothing like the description that was given to me on Expedia. Caitlyn that was at the front desk was no help at all. I wanted a room with a king size bed and I got a room with two queen size beds instead. It said that I would get complementary breakfast and there was no complementary breakfast. Even the Jacuzzi didn’t work properly and I’m still waiting for the lights to turn on at the Jacuzzi. So my experience at the four points was not enjoyable at all. I would not recommend...

"This is an older hotel that we've stayed at before. During our first experience in 2022, we had terrible with the toilet and they immediately moved us to a new room with functioning toilet. On this trip in 2026, we had trouble with the bathroom sink and it wouldn't drain at all so we couldn't use it. The staff had no solution for us and said if I had called an hour earlier they may have been able to do something. I called at 6:30 pm. We used the bath faucet to wash our hands. We love the...

Here is what I didn't like. The ac in my room. I like my room cold so I set my thermostat to 66 deg in prep to go to bed. Maybe it was my room, but up until around 130a, the temp stayed in the 70s. My wife and I were hot and when the ac came on, the air circulation was weak at best. I tinkered with the thermostat...
