Oceanfront balcony, very nice and clean apartment, and a very friendly staff. This place was very conveniently located. Had to make a couple trips to Publix, which was just 2 traffic lights away—Perfect! Beautiful property with a quick and easy walk along its own access to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a very short drive away. My 19 year old son said that it was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! If you’re looking at this place and your desired dates are available, BOOK IT.

We traveled with 3 adults and 2 teens… any time we go to cocoa beach this is where we stay it’s perfect for everything and the access to the beach is perfect!

The only reason why I chose this resort for us to stay at was because they had a nice pool and hot tub! We were so excited to get in the hot tub with our 10 year old daughter and they told us that our daughter couldn’t be in the hot tub area. I think they need to be a lot clearer on the rules of the hot tub and pool area. My daughter and I went to play basketball on the basketball court and all of the basketball balls were flat and so slick you couldn’t grip them. I think they should get new basketballs as well. Other than that everything else was great!

The property was amazing, but what made it the best was the staff. The entire staff was welcoming and willing to do anything to make our stay memorable, from my birthday and most importantly, our son and his wife's gender reveal gathering. Thank you, see you soon.

There were activities for kids. Brac access was good. Room on the 2nd fllor was below the height of the dune but water further out was visible and the sound of the waves at night was relaxing.
