"My family and I stayed for an evening. At first glance, hotel is clean and smells clean. Staff was attentive and nice to work with. In my room the only downside I had about my evening was that the sofa bed had leftover crumbs inside. If the cleaning staff could incorporate vacuuming the sofas that would be great. The pool had debris but was still nice. Overall, this was a good stay! Room was comfortable and clean."

"Rooms were clean, carpet not so much. Staff at front desk not friendly at all and acted like we were a bother at check in. Breakfast is nonexistent. Eggs, sausage and cereal were available the week we were there along with apples and bananas. Expected more out of this hotel as we love others we have stayed at "

"The breakfast was great and the evening cocktail hour is a nice gesture, but we were never in the hotel to rate how it was. The staff was super nice, the biggest issue was 4 of the first 5 nights we had cigarette smoke coming in our room through our bathroom vent. It was terrible. We brought it up to the staff each day and they always said they would look into it. They finally offered to move us to a different room and it fixed the issue. The hotel is suppose to be 100% smoke free."

The lobby and carpeted areas look recently updated, and parking—while cramped—is at least a short walk to the entrance. The room itself was large but had an odd layout, with long hallways leading to smaller bed and desk areas. The shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, but the older‑style shower head and low‑quality soaps were disappointing. I also noticed...
