"The room felt like a mini home. The gym was clean anmd modern. The front desk staff was engaging and friendly. The breakfast included a waffle bar and everything you would need to fuel your morning. Free Java all day long!"

"Rooms were clean, carpet not so much. Staff at front desk not friendly at all and acted like we were a bother at check in. Breakfast is nonexistent. Eggs, sausage and cereal were available the week we were there along with apples and bananas. Expected more out of this hotel as we love others we have stayed at "

"My family and I stayed for an evening. At first glance, hotel is clean and smells clean. Staff was attentive and nice to work with. In my room the only downside I had about my evening was that the sofa bed had leftover crumbs inside. If the cleaning staff could incorporate vacuuming the sofas that would be great. The pool had debris but was still nice. Overall, this was a good stay! Room was comfortable and clean."

"Hotel needs a good cleaning. Halls were dirty when we arrived and still dirty when we left. Our room had a dirty Kleenex next to bed. TV did not work and plugs next to bed did not work. They put us in another room. No ice bucket, no tissues, missing wash clothes. Parking spaces too narrow and we had a small vehicle. Lighting in parking lot was poor. This hotel needs attention."

"The breakfast was great and the evening cocktail hour is a nice gesture, but we were never in the hotel to rate how it was. The staff was super nice, the biggest issue was 4 of the first 5 nights we had cigarette smoke coming in our room through our bathroom vent. It was terrible. We brought it up to the staff each day and they always said they would look into it. They finally offered to move us to a different room and it fixed the issue. The hotel is suppose to be 100% smoke free."

"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."

"The room was very dirty. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed how dusty the kitchen and one of the bedrooms were. One of the bathrooms was missing a shower curtain. The living room has definitely seen better days, and all the doors had dirty handprints on them. When we arrived, the kitchen dishes were missing, and we later found them dirty inside the dishwasher. To make matters worse, on our last day, I saw two cockroaches on the kitchen counters. "

"The staff was great. I did have to get the bedding changed as it felt itchy but they fixed it very quickly. The breakfast was ok but not very tasty. Overall property was great and conveniently located to eateries and the conference I went too. Price was perfect. I would stay again for another try."
