"Dream Resort for Families! There's nothing that the kids could ask for that isn't available! The ultimate paradise for young and old! There are so many activities that you "have to" choose some of them; it's impossible to follow all unless you're a super athlete. The water park is the place the kids choose every day! There wasn't a day our 5-year-old daughter didn't ask to go there. Fortunately, the area is also for older children, so both young and old have fun. The service from the staff is...

I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst...
