Nice views & close to the beach. The amenities said there was a gas grill, there was an old charcoal grill. We called management & a gas grill was delivered that afternoon. The house itself was fair, the faucets on the 3rd floor were backward, the hot was cold & the cold was hot. There were many burned out light bulbs, one of the steps inside had a portion of it that was raised up & was dangerous. The sink in the Jack & Jill bathroom did not drain well. Almost all of the pans in the kitchen were scratched to the point that the teflon was coming off. There was a mandatory evacuation for guests & residents & we had to leave early. We got an email from VRBO that we would be eligible for a refund for the nights we did not get to stay. We called VRBO & they contacted the owner & the owner refused to give us a refund for the 2 nights we could not stay. VRBO recommended we dispute it with our credit card co., which we did & are still waiting for the owners to respond.
