There is a half bath/ laundry room also on the main floor so that other guests don't have to go upstairs. "This rental is comfortable, well-appointed, and extremely clean! It was home away from home, which we appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with all items needed to prepare a meal, including spices, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. There are small appliances and a Keurig for a quick cup of coffee. The second level was well decorated and had a walk-in closet with a large mirror. "Host was responsive and accommodating. House was locked when we arrived but we were able to contact them through the ring doorbell to gain access. House was perfect for our party of three. All new appliances. Kitchen is as it appears in pictures. Steep driveway with level parking for 3 vehicles. So, if you're hauling a trailer/boat/etc...be prepared to park in the street. "
