"The house was great! Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were very happy with the house itself. The neighbor let a German Shepard outside around 11pm and it barked all night which kept us all awake, and that was frustrating. "

"The house was absolutely amazing. Came for the weekend to ride windrock with my daughter and enjoyed every bit. Around 8 minute drive or so from the driveway to entrance of park and was a plus we could ride directly from there back and forth. The house had everything you needed and then some. Brooke is an exceptional host and really went out her way to make sure our stay was perfect!! Will definetly be booking again! Thanks so much and really appreciate everything you did brooke!!"

"The renovations of an older home were done with thoughtfulness of modern guests while keeping the charm. The two bedrooms on the main level have ensuite bathrooms. There is a half bath/ laundry room also on the main floor so that other guests don't have to go upstairs. While the upstairs has only one full bath, the two full bedrooms each have a sink, making sharing a bath much easier. "Nice historic home within walking distance (no more than 2 blocks) to brewery, coffee, and bagel shop. Safe walking neighborhood at day and night, no issues. Fully fenced in back yard is nice for privacy and wonderful if you have your furry friends with you. Will definitely look to rebook during our next visit to Knoxville. "
