"The valet parking was corrupted and mistreated myself and my family when I parked my car and told him that I was going to leave in a few minutes. He said I needed to take my car immediately. He called the city and I got a 300 dollar ticket for parking in front of the hotel.
Total disregard to a guest who paid top dollar on their best unit.
Would never recommend this place to anyone."
"I guess this is a very popular hotel in Rio because when I checked in, I noticed that there were six staff members at the front desk.
I booked a Standard Room, but in my opinion, it should only be rated as a 2.5-star hotel. When I checked in, I noticed that the room had a terrible smell. I had to leave the ventilation fan running all night just to make the room more comfortable.
The next day, my room was not cleaned at all, and I was not given any appropriate explanation as to why housekeeping...
