Positioned just a short stroll from the beach, you can spend your days enjoying the sandy shores or sampling one of the many beach tavernas. A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are all within a 5 minute walk, so you’ll have everything you need nearby for a fabulous holiday. Back at the villa, enjoy a relaxing outdoor space with an inviting private pool, outdoor kitchen and bali bed. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Avia Pefkos has a wonderful position in the resort of Pefkos, known for its sandy beaches and clear waters. Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, you can spend your days relaxing on the sand, arrange a small boat hire or dine at one of the beachside tavernas. You’ll find a host of eateries within easy walking distance, plus a mini market, supermarket and bakery.
